How we work

From spreadsheet to go-live, with someone in the room.

ERPNext is powerful. Unconfigured, it is also a lot of screens. Our job is a system your team will actually use — data migrated, roles set, and the first month watched.

  1. 01

    Discover

We sit with your team in Thimphu (or on site) and map how money, stock, and work actually move today.

  2. 02

    Configure

Chart of accounts, tax templates, print formats, roles, and workflows — in Ngultrum, with Bhutan compliance.

  3. 03

    Migrate

Opening balances, item masters, parties, and historical invoices come across cleanly. We reconcile before go-live.

  4. 04

    Train

Role-based sessions for accountants, storekeepers, cashiers, and managers. Not a one-hour walkthrough.

  5. 05

    Go live

A controlled cutover with us on call. Day-one invoices, POS, and stock movements are watched, not hoped for.

  6. 06

    Support

Ongoing localisation, new reports, user help, and upgrades. The system stays yours; we stay reachable.

Typical engagement

Starter

Accounting, selling, buying, and stock. Four to eight weeks. For traders and professional firms leaving Excel or Tally.

Shop + books

Starter plus POS, multi-store, and day-end. Barcodes, GST receipts, and cashier training on the counter.

Construction

Projects, material issues, subcontractors, plant, and running bills. Longer, because the data and the sites are.

Questions we hear first

Is ERPNext the same as OS ERP?
OS ERP is OneSphere’s implementation of ERPNext — configured, hosted, and supported for Bhutanese SMEs. You get the full open-source platform, not a cut-down edition.
Do we pay per user?
No. ERPNext has no per-user licence. You pay for hosting (or your own server) and for our implementation and support. That is why it fits growing teams.
Can it handle Bhutan tax and Ngultrum?
Yes. We set the company currency to BTN, configure GST / BIT templates, and print invoices that accountants and the DRC expect to see.
How long does an implementation take?
A focused SME — accounting, selling, stock — is typically four to eight weeks. Construction with projects and a POS shop takes longer because the data and training do.
Will our data stay in Bhutan?
We can host on Frappe Cloud, a regional server, or on hardware you control. Data residency is a decision we make with you, not a surprise.
What if we already use Excel and Tally?
Most of our work starts there. We migrate opening balances and masters, run parallel for a short period, then switch. Nobody is asked to ‘just start over’.
